Beyond the Self: A Journey from Medicine to Awakening
The Unshakable Awakening: A Mystical Experience Beyond the Self
By Parth
A Moment That Shook the Foundations of My Being
One evening, when I was 24 years old, I was simply sitting on my bed, doing nothing significant. Back then, I was a robust young man—martial arts, self-defense, the gym—these were my joys. This was my understanding of bliss. Life was intense, and I was all about exploration. But unlike most, I was never after what the world was chasing. The only thing that ever mattered to me was how I was within myself.
And then, it happened.
Something struck me—not from the outside, but from deep within. It shook me to the core. The room I was in… it was no longer a room. The walls, the air, the very space turned into something else—like liquid light, like plasma. And then, a sound. Not a sound coming from somewhere, but as if existence itself was reverberating through everything. It was breaking through the walls, breaking through my body. And suddenly, there was no distinction—where was I? Was I the sound? Was the sound me?
Till that moment, I knew I was this body, this mind. But now, there was no I and this. There was simply is.
After this, everything transformed. Within weeks, within months, nothing remained of what I used to be. There was no sleep after that—only wakefulness.
At that time, I was working as a physician in a well-known neurology hospital. One day, I simply walked to the director’s office and resigned. Not because I had a plan. Not because I had figured something out in my mind. No. Something far deeper had happened. I was vibrating with the suffering of humanity—not as an idea, not as a thought, but as an experience. And the only question was—how do I stop this for them?
It has been ten years since then. Still, I am exploring, refining—not with words, not with philosophies, but with proper methods, with technology—inner and outer. The inner was a privilege for me. The outer, I had to build—brick by brick, piece by piece. And for that, I have walked through fire and water, heaven and hell. Still rolling.
But the world I come from… ahh, they do not know self-realization. They do not care about enlightenment. They want you to get a job, earn money, toil like a bull. Health? Well-being? Who has time for such things? They want to climb the material ladder, never realizing they are climbing without roots. How do you tell such fools that without nurturing the seed, the tree, the fruit, the flower—none of it is possible?
This world—it will take lifetimes. I see that. But still, I look. Who is ready? Who is willing to step beyond their boundaries?
I am not here to wake up the sleepy. That is not my department. I am only here to give the tools. Those who have the eyes to see, the ears to hear, the heart to receive—they will take it. The rest… well, existence has its own way of dealing with them.
Participant Question:
Participant: Parth, we have seen for years how you have touched millions of lives. Yet, society still insists that you should be working in a hospital, practicing as a doctor. Why do you think they fail to see the value of what you do?
Parth’s Response:
See, what society sees or does not see is not my concern. Society always functions based on the past—it knows only what has already been done, not what is yet to be. If the great sages, the enlightened ones of the past, had listened to society, there would be no wisdom, no awakening, no possibility of transcendence.
Society wants you to fit into its mold because that is all it knows. But those who are truly alive cannot be contained in a mold. The doctors in hospitals are doing what they must, and I was one of them. But I saw something beyond, something more fundamental. Medicine treats diseases; I seek to eliminate the very possibility of disease. Not just of the body, but of human suffering itself.
If they do not see it today, it is okay. If they see it after I am gone, it is okay. But if even a handful are willing to wake up now, we will walk together. Because life is not about fitting into a system. Life is about seeing—seeing beyond the limitations of thought, beyond the compulsions of survival.
I have never been here to convince people. I am only here to offer a method. Whether one takes it or not is their choice.
Editor’s Note:
Parth’s journey has been one of deep transformation, and his work continues to impact many. His approach is not about changing society’s perceptions but about offering a direct experience of truth. For those ready to receive, the doors are open. For those who are not, life will take its own course.
