In today’s world, people are constantly seeking external solutions for their health—medicines, treatments, therapies—without addressing the fundamental cause of their suffering. A pill may provide temporary relief, but why do symptoms keep returning? Have we ever truly questioned this?
The human body is not just a collection of biological processes; it is a sophisticated integration of physical, mental, emotional, and energetic dimensions. When we act unconsciously or misunderstand life, we create knots within ourselves. These knots—mental loops, emotional blockages, and energetic stagnation—disrupt the natural harmony of the body. Over time, they manifest as hormonal imbalances, neurotransmitter dysregulation, and chronic diseases.
When I say misunderstanding, I am not talking about misunderstandings with your spouse, parents, or people around you. I am referring to how the mind functions in coherence with the rest of existence. Your mind is not an isolated mechanism—it is just a reflection of existence itself. What happens in the cosmos, how it happens, when it happens—all of it follows a certain order, and the same patterns are mirrored within the human system.
In yogic science, we say Anda Pindanda Brahmanda, meaning the microcosm is a reflection of the macrocosm. What is happening on a grand cosmic scale is also unfolding within you. You are not a separate entity but a manifestation of the same intelligence that runs the universe. Therefore, when I speak of misunderstanding, I am referring to this fundamental misalignment—the dissonance between your internal system and the larger existence.
It is this very same mind that moves your hand, your leg—every action you take is a result of patterns within. If these patterns are in sync with the greater intelligence, they create health. If they are distorted, manipulated, and chaotic, they create suffering.

Even minor ailments can make life unbearable. A blocked nose, a mild fever, or a stomach issue can disrupt our sense of well-being entirely. While we may dismiss such discomforts as minor, they are often the source of our deepest misery.

Then, without warning, he breaks down emotionally—not because of the pain itself, but because he realizes he is no longer the person he once was. The Unseen Damage: Mental, Emotional & Physical Consequences
This is how small knots, when left unaddressed, become the silent architects of suffering. By the time we recognize them, they have already woven themselves deep into our system. Suppressing symptoms with medication may provide temporary relief, but internally, the mind, emotions, and body continue to spiral into misalignment.
This misalignment leads to a cascade of disturbances:
- Emotional exhaustion – A sense of lethargy, mood swings, and emotional instability.
- Mental distress – Overthinking, anxiety, and depression due to repetitive, unresolved thought patterns.
- Physical disorders – Chronic fatigue, metabolic imbalances, and degenerative diseases.
With the rise of sedentary lifestyles and excessive consumption of external stimuli, people are taking in abundant energy but failing to utilize it effectively. This stagnation contributes to an epidemic of mental disorders, where the mind becomes trapped in loops of compulsive thinking.
The Future of Human Health: A Critical Choice

While these innovations are marketed as advancements, they also signify a shift toward replacing human capacities rather than restoring them. If individuals do not take charge of their own well-being, they may become dependent on technological augmentation rather than natural healing and regeneration.
Furthermore, environmental degradation poses another existential threat. Scientists predict that in the next 15 to 25 years, a significant portion of the global population will face crises—not just due to disease but due to food and water shortages. By depleting our soil—the very substance that sustains life—we are eroding the foundation of our own existence.
The question is no longer just about individual health but about the future of humanity itself. Will we become an artificially sustained species, or will we reclaim our natural potential for health and well-being?
The choice is ours.
