You know, this land where Gatih Yoga Centre — amrqh® stands today is not some random piece of earth we bought and decided to build upon. No. Everything that has happened here has unfolded meticulously, consciously — as if existence itself has been scripting every inch of it.
My Guru — the one who fixed me into this whole amrqh® phenomenon — he didn’t just teach me anything. He transmitted something that can’t be spoken, can’t be taught. He came a long way just to hand this over — literally, by his own hands. (laughs) He could have done it anywhere, but he chose to come here. Maybe the soil was waiting for it.
He comes from the lineage of Adi Shankaracharya — a tradition where wisdom is not written in books but burned into your being. He never said, “Do this or that.” He simply lit the lamp, and amrqh® began to glow by itself.
What is now our Gatih Yoga Centre was once a powerful Krishna temple, nearly two centuries old. At the same time, it was also the abode of Smashan Kali — a fierce and liberating energy. Much later, we discovered that the very land my father bought years ago, where our home now stands, was right upon this sacred confluence.
This place is not just land — it’s a portal. Dimensions have always been thin here. Beings of every kind — known and unknown, luminous and shadowed — have frequented this space. I’m not saying they used it as an airport (laughs), but yes, there’s constant traffic. Siddhas, yogis, masters — even Gautama Buddha himself — have touched this soil in unseen ways.
And what we now call Gatih Upanishad — even that name wasn’t decided by us. It was revealed. They chose it — those beings, those forces that work silently for human evolution. They decided what this would be about, how it should unfold, and how amrqh® must be shared with humanity — not as a concept, but as a living experience.
