Shoonya: Beyond the Grip of Body, Mind, and Breath
If there were no body, no mind, no breath — there would be no bondage. Karma clings only to these three; they are the handles through which life grips you.
Shoonya is not an escape, but a subtle bypass — a way of stepping beyond the machinery without dismantling it. When you learn to keep the body, mind, and breath at a distance from who you are, what remains is naturally empty — yet profoundly alive.
Another path is not to step aside, but to accelerate. With awareness, if you burn through the cycles of body, mind, and breath, exhausting their momentum, a gap appears. In that gap, you are no longer entangled.
In that gap, you touch the source — untouched, unmarked, and free.
To burn you need conscious movement If you pay a little attention, you will see — your whole life is just movement.
Your body is moving, your breath is moving, your thoughts are moving, your emotions are moving. Whether you realize it or not, life is happening as a certain dynamism within you.
Now, there are only two kinds of movement:
one that happens outward, and one that happens inward.
The outward movement is what most people are busy with. You walk, you talk, you work, you exercise, you do yoga — all this is movement directed towards the world. For this, you are investing a certain amount of life energy every single moment.
If you become conscious of how this energy is used — where to invest it, where not to — suddenly your external life becomes efficient, graceful, and impactful. This conscious mastery over outward movement is what we call Riddhi.
But what is making all this possible?
There is a far more complex and powerful movement happening within you — the movement of energy that sustains your body, your mind, your very existence. This inner process, this subtle dynamism, is what we refer to as Kriya.
Right now, it is happening unconsciously.
If you take charge of this inner movement — not by force, but through awareness and alignment — you gain a different dimension of mastery. This is what we call Siddhi.
Riddhi means you can handle the world well.
Siddhi means you have command over yourself.
If both happen together, you are not just successful — you become a complete being.
Most people are trying to fix their life from the outside. But without aligning the inner movement, the outer will always remain limited.
If your inner and outer movements are in sync, health is not something you have to chase. Well-being is not something you have to create. It becomes a natural consequence.
GATIH is about this —
not just movement, but conscious movement.
If you learn to move life the way it is meant to move, transformation is not an achievement.
It is an inevitability.
