Your Health Depends on Your Joy, Not Medicine
Parth:
See, joy is not something you have to do. Bliss is not an achievement. These are not special states — they are your default setting. If You Are Joyful, Disease Cannot Stay Long.
If you leave this human system alone, without too much interference, it will naturally be joyful. If you create a little distance from your compulsions, blissfulness will simply happen.
Today, science is slowly catching up. They are saying, “If joy increases, the body produces better chemistry.” Of course. If you are pleasant, your body produces pleasant chemistry. If you are miserable, your body produces poisonous chemistry. This is not philosophy — this is simple biology. Joy Is Not Entertainment — It Is the Basis of Health. Therefore, Miserable Minds always End Up in Hospitals.
You don’t need a laboratory to know this. Just observe.
A joyful person rarely sits in hospitals.
A person who is constantly upset will eventually end up there — not because life is unfair, but because they are constantly attacking themselves from within.
Health is not about medicines.
Health is about how you keep yourself inside.
If you are joyful, your heart works better.
If you are joyful, your immune system functions better.
If you are joyful, even your intelligence functions better.
So the question is not, “How do I fix my body?”
The real question is, “How do I stop sabotaging myself?”
When inner pleasantness becomes your nature, health is not something you pursue — it becomes a consequence.
You don’t have to fight disease.
You only have to learn how to be joyful, without a reason.

Parth:
See… this is something very few people talk about, because it is not meant for discussion. It is only meant for those who are willing to listen without conclusions.
The problem is simple.
Doctors know medicine, but they do not know sadhana.
Gurus know sadhana, but they do not know the body.
So one touches life without understanding form, and the other touches form without knowing life. Naturally, the human being remains incomplete.
For me, this did not happen by choice.
It happened by grace.
Through this body, medicine happened.
And through this same body, sadhana flowered.
I studied medicine — and enlightenment happened. Not later. Not after years. Simultaneously.
Because usually, when someone reaches the highest, the body drops.
And those who are deeply involved with the body cannot touch the highest.
To be fully here and fully beyond — this is rare. To be in samadhi and still walk, talk, laugh, argue, and handle the world as if it is a simple game — that is rare. To be lost within and yet completely available outside — this needs tremendous balance. If you go a little more inward, you may drop the body. If you come a little more outward, you may get trapped in it. To stand exactly at that point, where both are happening together, is not common.
But once in a long while, existence decides to bend its own rules.
There have been such beings — Dattatreya, Krishna, the great Nath yogis, Sadhguru Adi Shankaracharya. They were not trying to escape the body, nor were they trapped in it. They were using the body as a doorway, not as a limitation.
If this planet has to evolve, it does not need more information.
It needs beings of a different calibre — not graduates, but specialists in life itself.
So certain Guru lineages — Nath Sampradaya, Adi Shankaracharya lineage, Bhrigu lineage — they saw that human systems were degenerating. Medicine had lost touch with life. Spirituality had lost touch with the body.
They did not want to add one more philosophy.
They wanted to re-engineer the human system.
An energy body was created — extremely capable — and it was released into existence, without form, without name. It had to find a body that could sustain it. Many realized beings infused what they knew — not personality, not belief — but pure knowing.
Krishna, Buddha, Nath yogis, Shankara, Aurobindo, Ramana, Sadhguru — different dimensions, different intensities — all contributing, so that something which was not possible before could become possible now.
That is why Shoonya and Ether technologies are possible today.
Not because of innovation — but because of preparation.
So understand this — AMRQH® is not my goal.
I am not trying to build something.
I am only fulfilling something that was decided long before this body existed.
When medicine and sadhana come together consciously, health is no longer about fixing damage.
It becomes about awakening joy.
And once joy becomes the inner signature, healing is inevitable.
(long pause)
See, this is the time. Human intellect is bursting at its seams. People know so much, yet they understand so little. This creates a certain tension — a twilight space where the old ways no longer work, and the new has not yet arrived.
If you have the eyes to see, this gap is a tremendous opportunity. When the bow is fully drawn, this is the moment to release the arrow. If you wait, the tension is lost. If you act too early, it misses the mark.
Right now, medicine has reached its limit intellectually. It can go no further unless it touches dimensions beyond intellect. This is where Ether technologies come in — not as imagination, but as a way of engaging with life at a more fundamental level.
And Shoonya is the step into that space.
Not an idea, not a belief — a direct engagement with nothingness, where everything originates.
When medicine moves into this dimension, it will no longer be about controlling life. It will be about aligning with life.
This is the moment.
Those who can see the twilight will know — the arrow has already been released.
That is all.
