Modern medicine today does not truly understand how the human system works; it only understands how certain external substances — chemicals, drugs, instruments — interact with parts of the system. That’s a fact.
Even leading scientists admit that while we know the molecular pathways of certain actions, we do not know how life itself functions through them.
You Don’t Create Health by Managing Disease
As a physician and leading Neuroscientist, I am not here to tell you what to eat, when to sleep, or how many steps to walk every day — that’s not health, that’s management.
You can manage your schedule, your diet, your breathing — but you cannot manage life.
What we call modern medicine today has become an art of management — not of health creation.
They will tell you, “Do this, avoid that, take this pill, block that receptor, inhibit this enzyme.”
Ask them, “How does health happen?” They don’t know.
Ask them, “Why does disorder arise?” They will start throwing names — prostaglandins, GABA receptors, cytokine storms, free radicals — long, tongue-twisting names that sound intelligent but tell you nothing about the nature of life.
You see, these are not explanations of how life goes wrong.
They are explanations of how a drug works after something has gone wrong.
There is a world of difference between understanding a mechanism of medicine and understanding the mystery of life.
Modern science itself admits — we do not truly know how the human system functions.
We only know how our instruments affect it.
When we inject a substance, we can observe its effects and record them.
That gives us knowledge about the substance, not about the life into which it was injected.
So, we are not experimenting on life — we are experimenting on our interference with it.
That’s not biology. That’s biochemistry.
It’s not understanding life — it’s managing chemical consequences.
Health, on the other hand, is not a biochemical balance; it’s a state of coherence.
When the body, mind, energy, and awareness function in harmony, health is a natural consequence.
You don’t create it; you allow it.
Right now, the problem is — everyone is teaching you how to manage your disease, not how to awaken your vitality.
They say, “Sleep early, eat greens, drink water, avoid toxins.”
Fine advice, but that’s not creation of health — that’s maintenance of the machine.
If you only maintain the machine but don’t ignite the engine of life within, you will live a well-scheduled, well-disciplined, mechanical life — not a healthy one.
Health is not the absence of illness.
Health is a vibrant state of awareness.
It’s a dimension of intelligence that operates beyond your body’s chemistry.
If you experience that intelligence, you won’t need a prescription to be well.
Because health is not something you do — it’s something you realize.
When there is awareness, there is harmony.
When there is harmony, there is health.
When there is health, there is life in its totality.
So, if everyone is busy managing, who will speak of life?
If everyone is treating, who will talk of transformation?
Because until you experience health within you, no amount of information will ever make you well.
👉 “When You Try to Maintain Health, You Lose It”
Knowing About Maintenance Will Manifest the Disease
If all your knowledge about the body is only about maintenance, then disease is inevitable.
Because whatever you hold in your awareness — you invite into your experience.
You see, right now, most people’s relationship with health is through fear.
They don’t seek health — they seek protection from disease.
Their entire education about the body is about how not to fall sick.
And when your consciousness is centered around “not being sick,” you are constantly thinking of sickness.
What you resist, you reinforce.
What you fear, you attract.
This is not philosophy — this is neurobiology.
Every thought, every emotion, creates a corresponding chemistry in your body.
When you live in a constant state of caution — “avoid sugar,” “avoid cholesterol,” “avoid stress” — you are continuously activating the same circuits that respond to threat and anxiety.
The body begins to live as if disease is already there.
Soon, the chemistry of disease becomes your normal state.
So yes — if your awareness is filled with maintenance, not creation, you will manifest imbalance.
Because maintenance means you already believe something is wrong or fragile.
Health does not come from protection; it comes from participation.
Look at nature — trees are not trying to maintain their health, rivers are not maintaining their flow.
They are simply expressing life in its fullness.
That expression is health.
The moment you turn life into a project of maintenance, you separate yourself from the source of vitality.
Modern education and medicine, unfortunately, have made health into a survival manual — “eat this, avoid that, take this supplement, manage that stress.”
But the truth is, the more you manage, the less alive you become.
Because life cannot be managed; it can only be experienced consciously.
So, knowing too much about maintenance — without knowing the nature of life — will make you neurotic about your body.
And that neurosis will become the seed of disorder.
To put it simply:
-
Maintenance without awareness leads to fear.
-
Fear creates disturbance.
-
Disturbance manifests as disease.
Health is not about avoiding disease; it’s about becoming so alive that disease has no space to exist within you.
